As long as you can run or walk a 5k, then you are good to go.  Minors, please join your parents.

Can we have a stroller in the run?
Yes, we encourage the who family to get fit together, but you need to be in the very back of the group of runners. ie., at the back of the start line, so other runners do not trip nor are slowed down by your stroller.
